The International Field Directors & Technologies Conference, originally scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia from May 17th through May 20th, 2020, was not held. As you can imagine, cancelling our conference was a very difficult decision to make. After learning about the cancellation of major conferences such as AAPOR, as well as travel and public health restrictions, this seemed like the responsible decision.

Due to the collaborative nature of IFD&TC, we chose not to present a digital or on-line version of the conference. There were so many excellent submissions, and we appreciate all the hard work that each participant put in planning their presentations. Our all-volunteer organizing team also spent countless hours preparing for a great conference, for which we are so grateful.

We look forward to seeing everyone in Long Beach, California for the 2021 conference!
