Eligible Organizations: 
IFD&TC attendance is restricted to those who work at academic, government or non-profit organizations.  See our Charter and Bylaws for details.  In 2018, a limited number of private sector survey researchers were accepted to present at IFD&TC, and only these private sector researchers who’s names appear on the program are eligible to attend the conference.  We recommend other private sector survey researchers attend the AAPOR conference.

Registration Payment Options

  1. When you register for the conference, you have the option to pay with a credit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. American Express and PayPal are NOT accepted. We also cannot accept purchase orders or requisition numbers.
  2. If you wish to pay by check, please select the Pay Offline option, and contact Kelly Elver.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, check your spam or clutter folder.
If you are completing registration for someone else, please be aware that anyone attending the conference must set up a personal account using their own e-mail address, user name and password, and you will need their user name and password to allow you access to the site to complete the payment process for the attendee. We recommend that attendees set up their own account, and complete registration at least up to the payment step, as attendees also need to access their account on the site for information before and during the conference.

AAPOR Attendance
Registered IFD&TC attendees are eligible to attend up to 4 free sessions at AAPOR, and also to sign up for AAPOR Short Courses at the AAPOR rate of $125 for each course. IFD&TC will not be accepting payment for AAPOR short courses this year. Payment for attending only a short course can be made directly to AAPOR at their website when signing up for the course. If you plan to attend free sessions at AAPOR, please bring a copy of your IFD&TC registration confirmation to the AAPOR registration desk to check in when you arrive.
Note: Many AAPOR short courses this year take place before the AAPOR conference, so you should plan hotel and travel accordingly.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
IFD&TC registration may be cancelled with a full refund until May 1, 2018.
Prorated refunds will be offered from May 1 to May 10. No refunds will be provided after May 10th, 2018.

Privacy Policy
Registrant contact information is collected for use by IFD&TC for conference activities only, and will be available on our website, but will not be shared with vendors or sponsors for non-conference related purposes.
