Ready to register? Please fill out our registration form.

  • Discounted early registration fee: $625.00 (US$) through March 20
  • Late registration fee: $725.00 (US$) March 21 until April 13

  • Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, two breakfasts (Mon, Tue), two lunches (Mon, Tue) and the reception (Sun)
  • Registration closes Mon, April 15
  • Please register as soon as possible. All attendees must register, even if you are on the program as a presenter or a facilitator.

Registration Payment Options

  1. When you register for the conference, you have the option to pay with a credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. PayPal is NOT accepted. We also cannot accept purchase orders or requisition numbers.
  2. If you wish to pay by check, please select the Pay Offline option, and contact Kevin Tharp.

If you are completing registration for someone else, please be aware that anyone registering must set up a personal user name and password, and you will need their user name and password to allow you access to the site. Attendees also need this user name and password to access the site for information before and during the conference, and to access the conference links in Zoom.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registration may be cancelled with a full refund until March 20, 2026.
No refunds will be provided after that date.

Privacy Policy
Registrant contact information is collected for use by IFD&TC for conference activities only, and will be available to other conference attendees but will not be shared with vendors or sponsors for non-conference related purposes.
